Hi, I'm Denise!

My entrepreneurial endeavors include being the Founder, CEO, Courageous Leadership Academy, the Creator, CEO of the Spread Good Vibez Podcast, and a Personal Development Coach for over 20 years.

I also had the honor of, and challenges associated with, being the 1st female firefighter in Gwinnett County, GA. And, I remained the only female firefighter during my service.

I have also been an Emergency Management Consultant with agencies like FEMA, CDC,  
Guardian Centers, ​The United States Marine Corps' CFIRF, state & local Emergency Management Agencies,

Because of my personal and professional experiences, I know how important it is to focus on the good things in life. And, how vital it is to have specific strategies and tools to help us stay on track. That's why I'm also bringing in other experts who can help you get more of what you want!
